I would say to split the track with a razor blade to make the top of the track thin and then just leave enough hair of your own to cover the tracks.

you can purchase a "part sections" from the hair beauty store or you can use your own hair and cover it up......

gel. jam makes a good gel. n use hairpins or clips..or any head bands that will cover it
