my friend has not smoked in 7 months,. their hair is clean, but they have the urge to smoke marijuana, so they want to know if they smoke a bowl if their hair will still be clean or will it show?

yes it will show, but it also shows how much was used. they can tell if the person does it all of the time or just occasionaly.

How about just don't smok the S##T then who ever they are trying to hide it from wont catch them. Obviously they are some kind of athlete or someone whom should be clean from drugs so maybe thats the best option.........
