I Just dyed it earlyer today and my sister is going to put in some red highlights how would I go about doing that.

no, not unless she lightens the areas that she is going to put the highlights in but you cannot dye over black hair and expect it to show that is like using a black maker and adding a yellow or red marker, you wont see the color
