I have med. blonde hair and I got the highlight formula for my hair color and they didnt show up?

well did you do the color yourself? u may need a higher volume developer or you may need to leave it in longer.. Also if you put heat on your hair like a blowdryer while the bleach is on there it makes it lift faster. oh yeah they have all kinds of products for frizzy hair...... matrix has a leave in treatmeant called instacure that is awesome.... also try a flat iron (Paul Brown has an awesome one) and that will smooth your frizzys
