Chances are it will only show up as a blue tinge to your hair once you go into direct sunlight. The bleach they provide is usually the same as bleaching prior to dying just at a lower intensity this will make the blue stand out more but once it washes out (as they usually do) your hair will be a lighter more towards light or dark brown colour than your usual black and slight hair damage may result from bleaching so if you dont already use a good fortifying conditioner for coloured or damaged hair. Sometimes the actual blue colur may stain the hair but only partially. But it all depends on what affect your after and what your prepared to do for it.

the blue will show but your hair will be a bluey/black tinge.. it wont be very noticeable. if you do the bleach first it will definetly show brightly... but it might badly damage your hair..especially if you have unhealthy hair already

Maybe you should bleach it first so that your hair is not so black and then see if te blue shows in your hair or not.
