no. unless, maybe, you were in a very confined space (like a closet) and there was a very high concentration of smoke in there. otherwise, it won't show up... on either hair or urine.

It's possible for it to show in urine, depending on how long you were there and how much you inhaled. Everybody's body is different, so absorbtion rate is different.
Hair has to be tested differently, so if this was the first time, it may show up as a microscopic speck in the folicle, but not enough to cause a problem
